The Italian murder mystery revolves around seven women dealing with the murder of the patriarch of the house, Marcello. Over the course of the movie, the secrets of all seven women are unveiled one by one, leading them all to suspect each other for the murder, only to realize at the end that Marcello was not murdered.

Writers Alessandro Genovesi and Lisa Nur Sultan have done a good job in keeping the movie quite amusing while justifying its satirical theme. For a murder-mystery, the movie is quite easy to follow. The writing in 7 Women and a Murder maintains its simplicity, but manages to achieve the dramatic effect that is expected from a satire.
Unlike most murder-mysteries, this movie has quite a fast pace. The switches between the scenes are quick, giving the movie an up-beat tone and fast pace, which successfully keeps up with the overall satirical structure and writing.
Especially scenes such as the one where Rachele finds out that her stocks have been stolen, or the one where Margherita and Veronica find out that they have been seeing the same man, or the one where Caterina reveals the truth about Marcello's murder, are all well-directed and entertaining to witness.
Shocked at this discovery, everyone in the household comes together to discuss the murder, questioning who could have committed the crime and why? But as they begin to offer up theories about who might have snuck into the house, tensions mount and soon everybody becomes a suspect.
Taking one or two cues from classic Agatha Christie yarns, the story takes place in one location, and largely focuses on the titular women trying to work out who is capable of murder. With no big set up, the film gets down to business pretty quickly, spending the majority of its runtime working out why each character might be the prime suspect.

CHICAGO (CBS) -- First-degree murder charges have been filed against Robert "Bobby" Crimo III, the accused gunman in Monday's deadly mass shooting at the July 4th parade in Highland Park.
Lake County State's Attorney Eric Rinehart said Crimo is charged with seven counts of first-degree murder, one for each of the seven people were killed in what Rinehart described as a "premeditated and calculated attack."
A high-ranking law enforcement source with direct knowledge of the investigation released an image Crimo dressed in women's clothing. Source tells CBS 2 the image was captured Monday after the shooting.

"The rifle was purchased in Illinois, and the information we picked up far is that it appears to have been purchased legally," Covelli said. "He was dressed in women's clothing and investigators do believe he did this to conceal his facial tattoos and his identity and help them during the escape with the other people who were fleeing the chaos."
Parents need to know that 7 Women and a Murder is an Italian comedy-mystery about 7 women who all knew a man who was recently murdered. Some are daughters, some are lovers, and everyone may have reason to have committed such an act. Further, it seems they're all trapped inside their house until they figure out the real culprit. Some violence and scenes with threats. An older man is found dead with a bloody knife in his back. An older man kills himself. Someone tells a story of a woman falling out of her window to her death. A woman knocks out another woman with a statue. Women wrestle, choke, slap, and bite each other. Adults talk about romantic relationships and sex. For instance, a woman says that she "actually liked sleeping with him." Some romantic kissing. Strong language includes "f--king." Adults drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes often.
A somewhat clever take on the murder mystery genre finds some good fun, especially in the performances. Whether the actual comedy in 7 Women and a Murder is successful will vary, but the film is playful, fun, and a fast watch. Some of the characters are thinly drawn, but each is performed with gusto and moxie by the cast, who clearly had a fun time. This lack of weight or seriousness might be too off-putting for some, but it's consistent.
McNeil Consumer Products, a subsidiary of the health care giant, Johnson & Johnson, manufactured Tylenol. To its credit, the company took an active role with the media in issuing mass warning communications and immediately called for a massive recall of the more than 31 million bottles of Tylenol in circulation. Tainted capsules were discovered in early October in a few other grocery stores and drug stores in the Chicago area, but, fortunately, they had not yet been sold or consumed. McNeill and Johnson & Johnson offered replacement capsules to those who turned in pills already purchased and a reward for anyone with information leading to the apprehension of the individual or people involved in these random murders.
Before the 1982 crisis, Tylenol controlled more than 35 percent of the over-the-counter pain reliever market; only a few weeks after the murders, that number plummeted to less than 8 percent. The dire situation, both in terms of human life and business, made it imperative that the Johnson & Johnson executives respond swiftly and authoritatively.

The West Mesa Murders are the killings of eleven women whose remains were found buried in 2009 in the desert on the West Mesa of Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Several suspects have been named, but none were arrested or charged. While the killings were initially believed to be the work of a serial killer, the involvement of a sex trafficking ring has been suspected.[1][2]
An anonymous tip to authorities at APD and FBI linked the murders to a suspect from Central America.[1] Police have also suspected the involvement of a sex trafficking ring operating through neighboring Texas that targets sex workers during events throughout the Southwest, Southern, and Western United States, especially regularly scheduled events, such as the New Mexico state fair in this case, to take advantage of reliably heavier traffic.[3][4][5][6] This small fragment of a human trafficking ring involves numerous population centers, including Las Vegas in Nevada, El Paso and Killeen in Texas, and Denver in Colorado.[2]
Between 2001 and 2005, 11 women were buried by an unknown assailant in an arroyo bank on Albuquerque's West Mesa, in an undeveloped area within city limits. Satellite imagery taken between 2003 and 2005 shows tire marks and patches of disturbed soils in the area where the remains were recovered. By 2006, development had encroached on the area, and soon after, the site was disturbed, buried, and platted for residential development. 041b061a72
