Most recently, due to unforeseen circumstances and flight changes, Jovier helped me coordinate a group transfer for 8 people from Varadero to Havana- in less than 24 hours he had secured a driver, vehicle, and group rate for us. It was a great relief to have this support in what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation.

Jovier is amazing! We took a trip to Cato Santa Maria and this was a milestone trip as our oldest was turning double digits (10). We really wanted t to ensure she had the best experience.
He arranged our excursion for a dolphin experience on the day of her birthday and also connected with the KidsZone staff at the hotel prior to our departure. With that, the staff knew we were coming and that it was a special birthday. The team put together a surprise birthday party for her with the other kids she met at the resort. It was beyond memorable for her.
Even with some issues, we had with the property Jovier was quick to address and sort it out and was always available. Don’t hesitate to have Jovier book your trip, he’s wonderful. Thanks Jovier!!!!!
